  I highly recommend Craig and his team. CB Build Co renovated our home in Mount Martha and we’re extremely happy with the outcome. The project involved changing the roof from tiles to Colorbond, re-cladding the exterior, extending the garage, installing an inbuilt fireplace and building new decks. Craig was reliable, honest and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything was very well planned, communication was excellent all throughout the renovations,  the work was completed in the arranged timeframe and all work was done to the highest standard.   We used CB Build Co to build a pool pavilion at our holiday house in Blairgowrie. Craig did a wonderful job. We wanted the pool pavilion to have the look and feel of the original house. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He was very responsive and completed the job on time and on budget and  we were very pleased. Since that build we have used Craig many times and he has always been happy to help.   CB Build Co did an extension on my house in 2022. Added 2 bedrooms, a rumpus room and extended my outdoor deck.  I can't recommend this builder high enough.  Fantastic to deal with and super friendly. Cost discussions were practical and reasonable and the quality of workmanship 2nd to none.  You can tell when pride is taken when building.  I had a different company do renovations 4 years before and what a nightmare they were compared to CB Build Co.  You wont be disappointed if you hire Craig.
